A beer made to please both hop and sour beer lovers. This brew uses multiple fermentations to attain a refreshing sour and hoppy mix. Aromas and flavours of lemon, kiwi, guava, spice and green mango with pine, leaf/herb, earth and lactic notes. Palate is dry and refreshingly tart on the finish. Serve with rich meat dishes.
