Italian Style Flour

This product is best suited for a variety of pizza crusts, Italian flat breads, European style hearth and pan breads. Performs well in either thin or thick crust pizzas. Is excellent for artisan breads, ciabatta, focaccia, bread sticks and crackers. 

Soft and supple dough that is easy to work with. Great mixing tolerance. Excellent water absorption. Performs well as both hand stretch dough as well as sheeted dough. Excellent for long fermentation dough.
