The intense nose pops with gooseberry, lime, green mango and fresh herbs. The palate has great concentration with a beautiful core of fruit, and focused lemon-lime acidity on the finish. This mineral wine will pair perfectly with freshly shucked oysters, spring garden vegetables, and delicate fish like sole or halibut.
